A competitive event on Saturday 26th July 2025, open to GOG Members Only.

The event will take place on the beach between Rhos on Sea and Colwyn Bay. Start time 9am and the Entry is £5.
The swim will be 750 metres, incorporating two 375m laps with an aussie exit half way (get out, run around a buoy and back in the water), staying close to shore the whole time. The run will be 5km along the prom (flat). The course details and exact location will be notified closer to the event.
It will all be over well before midday, so if you are doing Pembrokeshire triathlon the next day you will have plenty of time for the 5 hour drive.
