You must register to attend this specific training session. Under 18s must have parental consent.
Guests are welcome to our sessions. After your third trial session, we hope you will join our club. Due to Welsh Triathlon insurance, you can only attend three sessions as a guest. GOG Triathlon Club Membership is only £20 for the year and Membership can be paid for by clicking here.
Please self assess your health before coming to the session
You should not leave home to participate in the session if you or someone you live with has any of the following symptoms
* High temperature
* New continuous cough
* Loss or change of sense of smell or taste
Please bring your own pull buoy, hand paddles and fins (not essential but none will be supplied by GOG)
Maintain a 2 metre social distance at all times.
Maintain good hand hygiene and use the hand sanitiser that will be made available
No spitting/snot rockets.
