Gog Weekend Swim TT for paid up members only. This will be a time trial Swim with three distances to chose from.
Enter the distance you wish to swim.
We will mark out a course and have a couple of people in the lake to spot for you. Timing will be done by yourself.
This sessions is only open to paid up GOG members who register for the specific swim distance. All details of start time and so on will be published on the Facebook event page.
Please self assess your health before coming to the swim.
You should not leave home to participate in the swim if you or someone you live with has any of the following symptoms
* High temperature
* New continuous cough
* Loss or change of sense of smell or taste
Maintain a 2 metre social distance at all times.
Maintain good hand hygiene and use the hand sanitiser that will be made available
No spitting/snot rockets.
Briefing to be held before swimmer enters the water.
