GOG Membership 2022

Membership fees for the 2022 season are set at £20.00. Membership runs to 31st December in any given year. By becoming a member you agree to abide by the GOG Triathlon Clubs Code of Conduct.

Gog Triathlon is now well known for its hard but fun and well organised training sessions. Below is a list of our core sessions with the prices for members listed below. Please sign-up to each session in advance at https://gogtriathlonclub.niftyentries.com/

• Sunday 07:50 Llandudno Swimming Pool, coached swim session, suitable for all abilities. Each session will cost £6 payable poolside
• Monday 19:00 Llandudno Swimming Pool, group interval run session, suitable for intermediates +. Free
• Thursday 19:00 Porth Eirias, group interval run session, suitable for beginners +. Free

• We normally have a group bike ride going from the pool after swimming on Sunday mornings.

GOG Triathlon club are affiliated with Welsh Triathlon and Welsh Athletics however this membership does not automatically sign you up to become a member of either. We encourage our members to join Welsh Triathlon and also Welsh Athletics which allows you to have discounted race entries, insurance at races and also allows you to be able to take part in championship events racing as a Gog Triathlon Athlete.

Welsh Athletics membership runs from April to April and has to be purchased through your club. We at Gog have our own online payment page this can be found on our club webpage http://gogtriathlon.com/membership/welsh-athletics-membership/
