You must register to attend this specific training session. Under 18s must have parental consent.
Guests are welcome to our sessions. After your third trial session, we hope you will join our club. Due to Welsh Triathlon insurance, you can only attend three sessions as a guest. GOG Triathlon Club Membership is only £25 for the year and Membership can be paid for by clicking here.
Please self assess your health before coming to the session. If you feel unwell give it a miss, for the benefit of yourself, your club mates and our coaches!
If you can please bring your own pull buoy, hand paddles and fins.
